The trick to exercising is finding activities that you love to do. To help you achieve that, I listed The 101 Most Creative Ways to Exercise in an earlier blog post. It had some of the most incredible, innovative and outlandish exercises you ever heard of. But then I realized that there are a huge number of more “normal” ways to exercise that are worth listing all in one place too. So now you have two huge lists help you find exercises you can really enjoy. Hope they help you finally get an exercise habit, or revitalize your existing routine!

the best exercise are full body exercises like military press and also swimming.;,,
