The simple reason is that when you no longer have a choice of what to eat, and only eat the foods that will help you lose weight, you will lose weight. In many ways you can think of it as going to a spa where they serve you certain meals, except you don’t have to leave home to do it, and, you don’t get the pampering that a spa will give you. But you do get the luxury of having someone else plan and organize your meals for you. Jenny Craig Jenny Craig is takes some good ideas from both Weight Watchers and NutriSystem. They have the support of centers where you get the benefit of personalized coaching, and, they provide pre-packaged meals so that the content and portions of your meals are carefully controlled. They offer complete menu plans that will help you reach your weight loss goals. Diets You Can Follow In addition to the above mentioned diet programs, all of which have a reasonable success rate, there are diets that you can follow on your own, by cooking food according to the plan’s instructions. Diets like this include The Mediterranean Diet, The South Beach Diet, The Atkins Diet, and the Fat Flush Diet. Each of these is very specific, and may or may not work for you. For some people, they are great, and for others they just are too hard to stick to. But there is no harm in trying any of them.
