You may include oat bran, ground flax seed, brown rice, and fiber-rich vegetables in your healthy diet. A Healthy Diet Reduces Sugar and Excess Salt Your body does not need white sugar. There is plenty of sugar in fruits. Don’t add sugar unnecessarily as it does not work well in regulating your blood sugar and insulin. In addition, too much salt is also not good for you.
