If you find a diet that says you can eat what you want, or even tells you what to eat, but neglects to include exercise, it is most likely a fad, get-thin-fast diet. People all jump on the bandwagon, but after a while, the fad fades, and the weight comes back. The best diet has staying power. It delivers what you want: nutrition and weight loss at the same time.
